Important Note on all Items: Because our apparel is custom-made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or qualifies under our return/exchange conditions outlined below.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be in the exact condition you received it.

  • Original Condition: Must be free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume/cologne odors, or any signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging & Tags: Must include all original tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your request within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

2. Return Policy

Because items are made to order, standard returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., simply changing your mind) are not accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake with your customization, or if the apparel arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at order@mdpe.shop within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund (or send a replacement free of charge) upon receiving and inspecting the item.

3. Exchange Policy (Sizing & Style)

We want you to love what you wear! If your item meets all condition criteria above and you need a different size:

  • 14-Day Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Size Exchanges: Subject to item availability.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for a size exchange, unless the wrong size was shipped due to our error.

  • Customization Disclaimer: If an item features personalized details (like custom names, specific dates, or custom uploaded logos), exchanges for sizing are not accepted. Please consult the Size Chart before ordering.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at order@mdpe.shop within 14 days of delivery with the subject line: Return Request - Order #[Number]

  2. Wait for our team to review your request and send step-by-step shipping instructions.

  3. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery.

  • Items showing any signs of wear, washing, or use.

  • Fully personalized items (custom text, names, personal photos) unless there is a print or garment defect.

  • Clearance or final sale items.
